SEASON 2023- 2024

 The Florida Sunblazers Pro Basketball Inc. came about after many years of seeing young men from our community who we saw grow up playing and loving basketball from youth basketball, middle school, high school, and collegiately not have a reason to continue to play at a respectable level after either graduating and no longer having an opportunity, to be overlooked and not being valued enough to invest in. They had to face COVID-19 restrictions and see opportunities and hope of continuing their career diminished, some like our son put their hope into the institutions that said that their well-being and best interest were at heart; only to find out they were being neglected mentally and felt they had no voice. This was enough as an opportunity to bring a Pro Basketball Team part of the American Basketball Association available in Brevard County, Florida. It was no doubt in our minds that bringing a team here would build relationships and make our community stronger. The Florida Sunblazers Organization's cause is greater than the game of basketball. It is our goal to enrich lives by building an atmosphere that is inclusive for our whole community. We look to build character, integrity, and accountability in our young men and women of our community as we will have female, male, youth, and a men's pro league. The Florida Sunblazers is by the community for the community and we will play basketball, but we will specialize in changing lives as we give opportunities to men and women of our community to be professional on and off the court and give them a chance to write their own story!
